JOB DESCRIPTION

The Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute is seeking a Project Manager.
We are seeking an innovative, proactive, organized and detail-oriented professional to provide executive and administrative support to strategic projects for process reorganization and the implementation of new technology.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of strategic projects driven by the hospital’s executive team.
  • Manage innovation and research projects led by hospital clinicians; participate in their design, planning, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams composed of internal hospital professionals and collaborators from private companies in the healthcare sector.
  • Lead change management initiatives and reengineering of hospital care processes.
  • Provide training in Design Thinking and Communication to internal hospital professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE

  • Biomedical engineering degree.
  • Lean Management Black belt training.
  • Biodesign Process certification.
  • Experience in project management, change management, implementation of innovation projects in health system.
  • Experience in cross-functional projects and units such as Pharmacy and the Surgical Department.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Catalan and English.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proactive attitude, discretion, service-oriented mindset and integrative thinking.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Indefinite contract (Science Law 17/2022) Indefinit per activitats científico-tècniques.
  • 10 hours per month in afternoon shift.
  • Immediate incorporation.
  • Gross annual remuneration inherent to the square objected to this call, will be fixed based on the experience provided and the skills of the candidate, distributed in 12 payments.
  • Flexible payment (childminding vouchers).
  • 23 days holiday and 5 days for personal matters.

L'Institut de Recerca Germans Trias i Pujol (IGTP) és un centre de recerca públic situat a Badalona (Barcelonès) que té com a objectiu principal incrementar el coneixement científic per transformar-lo en solucions per millorar la salut i atenció mèdica dels pacients i de la comunitat.

L'Institut està associat a un dels grans hospitals universitaris de l'àrea de Barcelona, l'Hospital Germans Trias i Pujol, i forma part del campus biomèdic de Can Ruti. És un centre CERCA i també està acreditat com a centre d'excel·lència per l'Institut de Salut Carlos III (ISCIII), sent l'encarregat de coordinar la gestió de la recerca i l'estratègia científica del campus, treballant en estreta col·laboració amb els altres centres que s'hi ubiquen.

Els científics que treballen en aquestes àrees publiquen una mitjana de més de 900 articles per any, contribueixen amb millors protocols de salut i amb nous tractaments, produeixen patents i creen empreses spin-off per millorar la vida dels pacients.
