JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of the European project “GENDER-HehS: Enhancing Gender Perspectives in Higher Education for Healthcare Students”, funded under the ERASMUS+ KA220-HED (Cooperation Partnerships in Higher Education) programme.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all phases of the project. The initiative aims to strengthen the integration of a gender perspective across higher education curricula in health sciences, including medicine, nursing, physiotherapy, nutrition, and related disciplines.

This project contributes to fostering more inclusive and equitable education, ultimately improving the quality of healthcare training and delivery through a gender-sensitive approach.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management and Coordination
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the overall implementation of the project.
  • Ensure the effective execution and alignment of all Work Packages.
  • Coordinate international partner institutions and facilitate effective communication.
Technical Monitoring and Quality Assurance
  • Monitor project progress through defined indicators and milestones.
  • Ensure the quality of project deliverables and outputs.
Communication and Dissemination
  • Coordinate dissemination and exploitation activities.
  • Ensure project visibility (website, social media, events).

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE

Required level of education:
  • University degree (preferably in health sciences, education, social sciences, or related fields).
  • Catalan, Spanish, English
  • Studies or knowledge not required, but valuable for a better performance of the functions to be developed: Proficiency in additional European languages.
  • Specific knowledge: Training in gender studies or gender perspective will be considered an asset.
Personal skills:
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Required experience:
  • Experience coordinating international and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of higher education systems and/or health sciences.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Part time-6h/week
  • Start date: 15th may 2026
  • Gross annual remuneration inherent to the square objected to this call, will be fixed based on the experience provided and the skills of the candidate, distributed in 12 payments.
  • Flexible payment (childminding + restaurant  vouchers).
  • 23 days holiday and 5 days for personal matters + 2 personal days for Easter + 2 days for Christmas .

The Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP) is a public research centre located in Badalona. Its main objective is to increase scientific knowledge in order to transform it into solutions to improve the health and medical care of patients and the community.

The Institute is associated with one of the major university hospitals in the Barcelona area, the Germans Trias i Pujol Hospital, and is part of the Can Ruti biomedical campus. IGTP is a CERCA centre and is also accredited as a centre of excellence by the Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) and is in charge of coordinating the management and scientific strategy of the campus, working in close collaboration with the other centres.
